Delivery Details

Delivery Charges
Delivery is charged at a set rate for all relish packages and will be sent either by Australia Post or Courier.

Customer Service
Payment must be made before relishes are sent.
Orders can be placed on the online shop or by email  and your order will be confirmed with a tax invoice once payment has been made.
Deliveries are made from Monday – Friday, however if prebooked for a special occasion relish packs can be delivered on weekends also.
Internet orders can be made 24 hours, seven days a week, using Paymate.
Orders will be dispatched next day if ordered after 11am. Wholesale orders and bulk 1ltr jars are to be ordered through Good Food Warehouse - see link on home page.

Interstate Orders
Delivery times for hampers can vary, however a guideline for you:
Qld, NSW & Vic 1 – 4 Days, SA, Tas, WA, NT 3-9 Days

Overseas Orders
Please email for delivery costs.

General
Most Relish packages are sent via courier or Australia Post.
Bulk deliveries or corporate relish packages can be greatly reduced, contact us for more details.
Please make sure of correct delivery details as this may incur a redirection fee.
Please leave direct instructions for delivery of relish pack if no one is home.

No cancellations can be made once a Relish Pack has left our premises and if any breakages occur please contact our office in 24 Hours so we can organise a replacement.

Christmas Charges
As Christmas is such a busy time, to ensure delivery, last orders need to be placed no later than the 15th December,  if ordered after this date we cannot rely that they will be delivered on time.

 Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Freight is extra as outlined above, and will be calculated via the online shop.
